Purpose
This policy explains how Yeshiva Gedola collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in
accordance with Law 25.

Scope
It applies to personal information collected from students, parents, employees, volunteers,
applicants, families, alumni, and donors.

Information Collected
We only collect information needed for:
• Educational and administrative purposes
• Health and safety management
• Communication and fundraising (families, alumni, donors)

Use and Purpose
Personal information is used to:
• Provide educational and administrative services
• Ensure student health and safety
• Communicate and organize events or fundraising activities
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Consent
Consent is obtained before collecting information.
For students under 14, parental or guardian consent is required.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal restrictions.

Disclosure and Retention
Information is used only for its intended purpose and shared only when required by law or for
essential school services.
It is retained only as long as necessary and then securely destroyed.

Security
We apply physical, technological, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information
against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Access and Correction
You may request access to your personal information or ask for corrections if it is inaccurate or
incomplete.
